Who We Are

The name Blacktop comes from the United States Marine Corps’ combat center in Twentynine Palms, California—a rugged, no-frills training ground where our Founder & CEO learned firsthand the critical importance of three values that now define our firm: Partnership, Trust, and Communication.

It was in that high-stakes environment that Jack saw how success depends not just on individual performance, but on shared commitment, clear communication, and having each other’s back. Those same values now guide everything we do at Blacktop Partners.
